Booked apartment, that was provided with full kitchen, round table & chairs plus a very comfy bed. My room included a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge.

A great selection of products for a delicious breakfast. The rooms with a spa bath and 2 lounge chairs and a TV, very welcoming staff with the comfortable bed and kind manager. Location short walk to the Bakery as well as a supermarket and food.

In the room, there was a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea setup, which was a nice touch! 🍵 the bathroom was spotless and had convenient walk-in showers.

The location was good, around a 10-15 minutes walk from Yarrowee River Trail. We found it in a nice quiet area close to a very good, reasonably priced restaurant for dinner. - It is located in the central area of Ballarat, near a supermarket.
