Family room really needs maintenance!!! Towels are way too small for comfort!!! Being a few kilometers from the CBD isn't ideal if you expect to walk everywhere!!!

the bathroom was nice and clean, however, the shower had mould which was just unacceptable. how hard is it to bleach? ? also, I was shocked to find only 2 cups in my room and had to ask for more. as a guest expecting special treatment, I woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture, but alas, nothing. just couldn’t recommend.

The room was impressively clean with a big flat-screen TV. The bed was among the most comfortable I have slept in recently. Enjoyed the beautiful garden view that added a peaceful ambiance to my stay.
The bathroom could use a facelift.

the room was spotless and pleasantly laid out with excellent water pressure in the shower (an absolute plus! ). The staff were wonderfully accommodating and served delicious breakfast. they even offered my eggs exactly how I wanted them. overall a lovely experience.

I enjoyed a lovely night in a spacious Queen Room. The thoughtful details, like complimentary biscuits and bottled water, made me feel welcomed. Despite some noise from families, the relaxing ambiance in the beautiful garden provided a great escape. Pro tip, Ask for TV instructions if you find it tricky!
